SIDNEY — Sidney City Schools Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Friday, July 29, at 9 a.m. in BOE offices for purpose of board discussion to consider possibility of passing a resolution of necessity to place the 3.0 mill permanent improvement levy on the Nov. 8 election ballot.
