SIDNEY — Raise the Roof for the Arts will host “Puttin’ on the Glitz” a champagne luncheon and fashion show Saturday, April 23, at 11:30 a.m. at the Piqua Country Club.

Puttin’ on the Glitz will be a display of fashions modeled by local celebrities sporting ensembles from Allison’s Custom Jewelry, Nitza’s of Lima and Bloom Fashions of Vandalia. Community leaders will be suited up to serve champagne from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. prior to lunch being served. Along with the fashions an array of raffles will be on display during the event from local supporting businesses.

Paid reservations for thet event will be $35 and accepted starting March 25 by going online at www.sidneytheatre.com or by stopping by the Raise the Roof office, 126 ½ E. Poplar S., second floor.

All proceeds from Puttin’ on the Glitz will be used to support the current revitalization of the Historic Sidney Theatre.
