Class of 1969 to hold reunion in September

SIDNEY—The Sidney High School Class of 1969 will come together for its 50th reunion on Sept. 13, 14 and 15.

There will be a pre-game gathering located behind Sidney Middle School on Sept. 13 at 6 p.m., and class members will attend the football game between the Sidney Yellow Jackets and Belmont at 7 p.m. Additionally, there will be a meet and greet at the River’s Edge Sports Bar (formerly Locust Grove) at 8 p.m. Class members, plus other Sidney High School graduates, are welcome to stop in and reminisce about the good times spent together and attend the Friday night activites.

On Saturday, Sept. 14, there will be morning golf and an afternoon walking tour of Amos Memorial Library, the Shelby County Historical Society, and the Sidney Theater renovation. Rounding out the day, for those pre-registered, there will be a dinner and dance at the American Legion.

For those wanting to meet before traveling home, there will be a breakfast from 8 to 10 a.m. at Perkins restaurant on Sunday, Sept. 15.
