It was announced at the Arrowhead Golf Course on Tuesday, Aug. 31, that Gerry Huelsman, left, of Minster, will be this year’s Oktoberfest Parade’s grand marshall and Karamae Prenger, of Morrow, was the Oktoberfest button design winner.
