FRIDAY

-4:33 a.m.: burglary. Jared Duckro, 24, Botkins, and Zachary Erb, 26, Botkins, were arrested after found in the residence of Roger Gibson, 25, 906 N. Main Ave. without permission.

THURSDAY

-10:02 p.m.: theft. Maggie Huff, 20, 128 W. Clay St., Apt. D, reported someone took the patio table off her back patio.

-9:26 p.m.: contempt. Andilena Longbrake, 39, 425 Linden Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was taken to jail.

-6:59 p.m.: warrant. Cass Hensley, 39, 2526 Alpine Court, was arrested on a grand jury warrant.

-6:10 p.m.: theft. Cory Eldridge, 26, 803 W. North St., reported his green mountain bike was stolen from his front porch.

-5:48 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Earnest Weese, 24, New Carlisle, was arrested on a grand jury indictment.

-5:20 p.m.: open liquor container. Jerry Walls, 52, Westerville, was issued a summons for open container.

-2:56 p.m.: found property. The MasterCard belonging to Leonard Christopher was found at Broadway Avenue near Jefferson Road and was turned into the police department.

-11:12 a.m.: criminal damaging. David Finn, 37, 221 Forest St., reported someone used a large rock to break the driver’s window of his vehicle overnight.

-8:58 a.m.: contempt. Jonathan Amspauch, 22, Union, was arrested on a warrant and released to the courts.

WEDNESDAY

-10:14 p.m.: vandalism. Martin Givens, 59, 760 Plum Ridge Trail, reported someone damaged multiple ceramic pots, a 20-foot section of a wooden fence post and rails and other landscaping at the residence.

Accidents

Lester Tobe, 61, Fort Loramie, was cited with improper lane change after an accident on Thursday at 10:59 a.m.

Tobe was headed eastbound in the left lane of traffic on West Russell Road when he attempted to turn southbound into the driveway of 555 W. Russell Road and drove into the path of another vehicle traveling eastbound in the right lane of of traffic on West Russell Road causing a collision.

The driver of the other vehicle was Kathryn Pinson, 67, 227 E. Pinehurst St.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-2:08 a.m.: fire. Crews responded to 1321 Darmouth St. on a smoke detector alarm due to a bad battery.

-12:36 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

THURSDAY

-4:01 to 5:26 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to three calls.

-1:45 to 1:58 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to two automobile accidents. One was cancelled en-route

-1:32 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to service call.
