THURSDAY

-11:03 p.m.: parole violation. Michelle Dubose, 26, Piqua, was arrested on a parole violation.

-6:12 p.m.: theft. LaTonya Oliver, 38, 989 Buckeye Ave., reported the theft of a two-piece nail kit and a manicure kit, valued a total of $43.

-6:04 p.m.: warrant. Gregory Cox, 44, 227 Dayton Ave., was arrested on an active Miami County warrant.

-1:25 p.m.: warrant. Tyler McFadden, 28, 1816 St. Marys Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-10:25 a.m.: misuse of credit card. Strum Construction on Wapakoneta Avenue reported a credit card was misused in the amount of $702.46.

Jan. 2

-4:34 p.m.: theft. Teresa Holt, 45, Botkins, reported someone damaged a locked box, valued at $120, and took three money orders, in the amounts of $347.50, $595 and $300.

Crashes

Carol Schmidt, 70, 226 E. Ruth St., was cited with improper lane change after a two-vehicle collision on Thursday at 3:08 p.m.

Schmidt was traveling westbound on East North Street when she struck a parked and occupied vehicle as she was pulling into a parking spot near 230 E. North St.

The other vehicle was driven by Roland Himes II, 31, 909 N. Main Ave.

• Merricle Herzog, 53, 839 S. Ohio Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle-crash on Thursday at 10:54 p.m.

Herzog was northbound on South Main Avenue when he failed to stop in time and struck the rear of the vehicle stopped in front of him at the red light at East Water Street.

The other vehicle was driven by Joshua Shoffner, 27, of Minster.

Fire, rescue

FRIDAY

-3:54 to 11:41 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.

-1:32 a.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews conducted a carbon monoxide investigation at 423 E. Lyndhurst St.

THURSDAY

-8:19 a.m. to 10:07 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to eight calls.
