SIDNEY — Dorothy Moses, of Sidney, celebrated her 90th birthday, Jan. 18, 2016.

She was born Jan. 18, 1926, to Esther Gillespie and Hubert Pike, who are deceased. She married George G. Moses and they are the parents of two sons, George Moses II and Danny Moses, and a daughter, Chris M. Lewis, all of Sidney.

She has six grandchildren and six living great-grandchildren. Three great-grandchildren are deceased.

Moses graduated from Sidney High School and was employed by Amos Press, Copeland and the Salvation Army. She is a lifelong member of the Salvation Army.

She enjoys helping people and being with children.
