RUSSIA — Rob and Samantha Hightower, of Russia, announce the birth of their son, Ignatius Raymond Hightower, born on Setp. 25, 2021, at 4:49 a.m. at Wilson Hospital in Sidney.

He weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

He was welcomed home by his older brother Bobby, 4, and older sisters Mary, 3, and Katherine, 1.

His maternal grandparents are Pat and Carla Smith, of Hilliard. His paternal grandparents are Todd and Colleen Carr, of Troy. His great-grandparents are Tom and Connie Kemp, of Dublin, and Rod and Mary Alice Paxson, of Fairborn.

His mother is the former Samantha Smith.
