RUSSIA — Stacey and Jordan Grogean, of Russia, have announced the birth of a daughter, Amelia Louise Grogean, born April 11, 2016, at 3:42 p.m., in the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center at Wilson Health, in Sidney.

She weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Her maternal grandparents are Mary Ann Gump, of Versailles, and Rob Reed, of Peebles. Her stepgrandparents are Randy Gump, of Versailles, and Sheila Reed, of Peebles. Her paternal grandparents are Linda and John Grogean, of Russia.

Her great-grandparents are Hilda and Charlie Grogean, of Russia, and Doris and Dick Ware and Ann Reed, all of Versailles.

Her mother is the former Stacey Reed, of Versailles.
