QUINCY — Tiffany Riefstahl and Jarrod Fultz, both of Quincy, have announced their engagement and plans to marry Oct. 17, 2015, in the Gretna Brethren Church.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Debra and Keith Riefstahl, of Quincy. She graduated from Riverside Local School in 2010 and from Edison Community College in 2013 with an associate degree in business administration. She is employed by Honda as an administrative assistant in research and development.

Her fiance is the son of LuAnne and Scott Fultz, of Sidney. He is a 2010 Sidney High School graduate and earned an Associate of Arts at Edison Community College. He is employed by Honda of America, Anna plant.
