NEW BREMEN — The 2018 Little Miss Bremenfest Pageant will be Aug. 12, at 1:30 p.m. in the James F. Dicke Auditorium at the New Bremen High School.

Thirteen girls entering first grade this fall at New Bremen Elementary will compete for the title of 2018 Little Miss Bremenfest. The girls will be judged on poise and personality, dance performance, stage appeal and a stage question.

The winner and first and second runners-up will each receive money, a crown, a plaque, flowers and a sash. All of the girls will receive gift bags.

The contestants vying for the 2018 crown are the following: Claire Nelson, daughter of Ben and Amy Nelson; Elizabeth “Ellie” Manbeck, daughter of Nathaniel and Maureen Manbeck; Gracie Pape, daughter of Pete and Kacie Pape; Delaney Heitkamp, daughter of Chris and Erin Heitkamp; Maeve Eilerman, daughter of Andy and Jenny Eilerman; Gabrielle Pleiman, daughter of Rod and Annette Plieman; Sophie Rush, daughter of Collin and Molly Rush; Erin Arling, daughter of Mike and Chyna Arling; Athena Lauterbach, daughter of Christopher and Evelyn Lauterbach; Violet Krieg, daughter of Matt and Leslie Krieg; Kennedy Trego, daughter of Bryan and Jodi Trego; Lauren Suchland, daughter of Bruce and Dianne Suchland; and Layla Dietrich, daughter of Matt and Katie Dietrich.
