RUSSIA — Russia Local School will host is 2019 junior/senior prom on Saturday, April 27, with the promenade beginning at 6:15 p.m. The banquet will follow at 6:30 p.m., at the St. Remy Hall, 108 E. Main St., with dinner and speeches to follow.

The theme of this year’s prom is “Midnight in Paris.”

The crowning ceremony will take place at approximately 7:45 p.m., Saturday, with the dance being held from 8 to 11:45 p.m.

An after-prom event will be held from midnight to 1:30 a.m., with prizes and grand prizes available (must be in attendance to win).

Candidates for queen include Jenna Cordonnier, daughter of Rob and Lori Cordonnier; Laurissa Poling, daughter of Dan and Gina Poling; and Morgan Wenrick, daughter of Tim and Heather Wenrick.

Candidates for king include Jordan Busse, son of Andy and Jenny Busse; Carter Francis, son of Ken and Julie Francis; and Will Sherman, son of Darryl and Heidi Sherman.
