SIDNEY — The Sidney-Shelby County Senior Center will host a community blood drive, Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the center, 304 S. West Ave.

Everyone who registers to donate will receive the Community Blood Center “Rise, Shine & Give” ceramic coffee tumbler. Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment online at www.DonorTime.com or call 1-800-388-GIVE.

There is a particular need for type O positive and type O negative whole blood donations and type A/B platelet and plasma donations.
