Eliza Gariety, 11, daughter of Connie and Greg Gariety, of Russia, earned Outstanding of the Day and the Ohio State Fair clock trophy for her Fun With Clothes 4-H project. She decorated a sweatshirt and purse. Eliza is a member of Russia Fashionettes 4-H club and a sixth-grader at Russia School.
