SIDNEY — The Shelby County Genealogical Society and the Shelby County Historical Society will present a free talk, “Family History Sources at the Ohio History Center,” by Liz Plummer, Tuesday, Aug. 14, in the Ross Historical Center, 201 N. Main Ave.
Plummer is the outreach reference archivist of the Ohio History Connection Archives and Library in Columbus. She will discuss the resources that can help people uncover their family stories. Attendees will learn how to use public records, manuscripts, photographs, books and newspapers.
