SIDNEY — Another in a series of Coffee with a Cop community outreach programs will be held at the Mount Zion Holy Union, 325 Grove St., on Wednesday, Dec. 9, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Sidney Police Chief William Balling and Elder Conrad McGhee Sr. will be on hand to meet with community members who would like to have a conversation with them about concerns in the community or to share ideas of ways that residents can work together with the Sidney Police Department to strengthen and improve the community.
