Shirley Wilges, Wilson Health Auxiliary, and Jenny Meyer, volunteer coordinator, recently delivered Christmas stockings to Amanda Burns, RN, at the Copeland-Emerson Family Birth Center. Baby Isla, pictured, received this year’s first stocking. For more than 25 years, babies born at the Family Birth Center during the month of December receive a complimentary Christmas stocking. Members of the Wilson Health Auxiliary make these stockings for the smallest patients at Wilson Health. This year’s stocking makers include: Shirley Wilges, Janet Aselage, Jean Evans, Vicki Fulk, Lorena Goldschmidt, Judy Monnin and Dorothy Quinlin.
