SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department has started work on replacing a large concrete culvert on Stillwater Road.

According to County Engineer Bob Geuy, the road is closed to traffic between Fessler Buxton and Russia Versailles roads. The project will take approximately four weeks to complete.
