COLUMBUS – State Rep. Susan Manchester (R-Waynesfield) was named vice-chairwoman of the House Primary and Secondary Education Committee by Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder (R-Glenford).

“I am both proud and humbled for the opportunity to serve as the vice-chair of the House Primary and Secondary Education Committee. As a champion for educators, I look forward to further investing in our school districts,” Manchester said. “I am eager to work alongside Chairman Don Jones (R-Freeport) as we continue the important conversation about how to best improve the education system for our students, teachers, and administrators.”

Manchester also serves on the Agriculture and Rural Development, and Transportation and Public Safety Committees.
