MCCARTYVILLE — Three events are being planned for the annual trick-or-treat season.

On Sunday, Oct. 27 from 2 to 4 p.m., trick or treat will be held in McCartyville.

Houston Congregational Christian Church will be hosting a trunk-or-treat on Oct. 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. at 4883 Russia Houston Road.

Also on Oct. 31, a trunk and treat will also be held at the old school parking lot in Pemberton. Residents are encouraged to bring their treats for the children to the parking lot where everyone can park and visit with the children. A pizza truck will also be there making pizza for the kids.
