ANNA — The Anna Park is actively seeking persons, companies, or organizations that would like to donate money for new trees in the park.

Over the last two years the tree has lost about 20 trees due to age or disease. The village will now buy trees that cost between $100 and $200 each. Some of the trees will be unique, but able to survive Ohio weather.

In the event that a tree dies, the park will be unable to replace the tree due to limited funds.

Every tree will get a plaque that tells the name of the tree and the donor. The deadline to order trees will be April 1, 2016. Anyone wishing to donate should contract Gary Strasser at [email protected].
