-6:24 p.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Justin Echeman, 35, 529 Fourth Ave., was arrested for driving under suspension.

-10:17 a.m.: telephone harassment. Police investigated a telephone harassment report in the 1700 block of Fair Oaks Avenue.

-5:46 a.m.: domestic violence. Police are instigating an alleged domestic violence incident.
