SIDNEY – The Shelby County commissioners approved annexation of 43.508 acres to the Village of Anna as petitioned by Troy W. Kies during its May 7 meeting.

Other recent actions by the commissioners included approving payment of weekly expenditures totaling $531,480.23 on May 7 and approving payment of weekly expenditures totaling $401,599.78 on May 14.
