ST. MARYS — The Grand Lake Wellness Center and Clear Passage Geriatric Psychiatric Center at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital are reopening.

The Clear Passage Geriatric Psychiatric Center will begin accepting patients on May 27, 2020. For admission, call 419-394-9505. The Clear Passage staff are dedicated in providing this vulnerable population the continued care and support they need as we assist them with their mental health needs during this pandemic.

The Grand Lake Wellness Center, located at 1065 Hager St., will be reopening on June 1, 2020. Social distancing, hand sanitation and frequent cleaning practices will be in place. For questions and more information, contact Carol Modica at 419-394-6580.

Anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and needs to be seen by a provider is asked to contact their primary care provider. For those with no primary care provider, Grand Lake Health System has an option to Call A Nurse. To speak to a registered nurse, call 888-910-3335.
