Bradley J. Winsler, 33, of Russia, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Lynette R. Long, 58, of Sidney, was charged with turning at intersections, $136 fine.

Jessica M. Peltier, 34, of Port Jefferson, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Darrin A. Opphile, 49, of Piqua, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a temporary permit, $136 fine.

Wesley T. Jones, 26, of Jackson Center, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Robert Benjamin Couch, 42, of Springfield, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Kavita Reddy Chandupatla, 60, of Blacklick, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Samba Demba Camara, 63, of Sidney, was charged with operating without reasonable control, $136 fine.

Jordan Rosalsas, 18, of Sidney, was charged with no operator’s license and speeding, $185 fine.

Riyadh Ramadhani, 38, of Louisville, Kentucky, was charged with unsafe operation around an emergency vehicle, $130 fine.

William K. Ernst, 36, of Fort Loramie, was charged with assured clear distance, $136 fine.

Galen Michael Backs, 21, of Coldwater, was charged with speeding, $141 fine.

Calvin R. McDorman, 23, of Lima, was charged with speeding, $175 fine.

Brittanee M. Cheatham, 34, of Atlanta, Georgia, was charged with no operator’s license and contempt, $105 fine.

Stephanie M. Slone, 35, of St. Marys, was charged with driving while texting, $261 fine.
