-4:47 a.m.: warrant. John Davis, 45, 223 N. Walnut Ave., was arrested for providing false information to avoid arrest and outstanding warrants out of Miami County.
TUESDAY
-5:17 p.m.: theft. Mandy Sharp, 37, 809 Arrowhead Drive, Apt. B, reported four rims and tires, a car battery and a CD player were taken from her vehicle.
-4 p.m.: lost property. Cassandra Harris, 32, 1128 Amherst Drive, Apt. B3, reported two cells phones were lost at the library on East North Street.
MONDAY
-12:39 p.m.: criminal damaging. Police investigated a report of damage to both the front and rear doors of 1577 E. Court St., Apt. D. Nothing appeared missing or disturbed.
SATURDAY
-5:02 p.m.: theft. Menards on Lester Avenue reported a past theft of a First Alert System. A police investigation continues.

-1:45 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 435 S. Vandemark Road on a false fire alarm.
-7:41 a.m. to 1:43 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to five calls.

-9:36 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
-8:42 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to the 700 block of Pt. Jefferson Road on a report of an accident.
-7:44 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.
-5:39 p.m.: fire. Firefighters were dispatched to 124 W. Ohio Ave. on a report of an odor investigation that was sewer gas in the stairwell.
-7:33 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to four calls.
