SIDNEY — The Shelby County Highway Department will begin the replacelnent of a large concrete culvert on Lock Two Road on Monday, May 23, 2016, according to County Engineer Bob Geuy. Lock Two Road will be closed to traffic between Staley Road and Wenger Road beginning Monday. The culvert replacement project shall take approximately three weeks to complete.
