Sidney City Planning Commission
SIDNEY — The Sidney City Planning Commission will meet on Monday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers.
There will be a public hearing to consider revision of the zoning code to either prohibit entirely or permit in appropriate zoning districts the cultivation, processing and sale of medical marijuana; the request of Wilson Memorial Hospital for the vacation of North Street right of way from Royan Avenue to the western terminus of North Street; and for consideration of the revision to the Plum Ridge phase eight planned unit development final plan to alter building plans for parcels at the intersection of Summer Field Trail and Arthur Court.
Sidney City Schools Board of Education
SIDNEY — The Sidney City Schools Board of Education will meet Monday, June 19, at 5:30 p.m. at the board of education building.
Anna Board of Education
ANNA — The Anna Local School’s Board of Education will meet in regular session Monday, June 19, at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School, room 209.
They will discuss lunch fees, software conversion, renovations, open enrollment and hiring. There will also be an executive session to discuss employment.
Jackson Center Village Council
JACKSON CENTER — Jackson Center Village Council will meet Monday, June 19, at 7 p.m. in council chambers.
Items on the agenda include resolutions for adjustments in the annual appropriations and to enter into a real estate purchase agreement with Lippert Components Manufacturing. An executive session is planned for a conference with an attorney concerning a dispute and imminent court action.
Hardin-Houston Board of Education
HOUSTON — The Hardin-Houston Local Schools Board of Education will meet Monday, June 19, at 7 p.m., in the media center.
They are expected to approve financial reports, high school related handbooks, the athletic handbook and act on personnel issues.
Jackson Center Board of Education
JACKSON CENTER — Jackson Center Local School’s Board of Education will meet Monday, June 19, at 7 p.m. in the board office for their regular meeting.
They are expected to discuss hiring of certified and classified staff as well as three coach positions. They also are expected to discuss lunch prices and have a public hearing on the use of Special Education IDEA Part B funds.
Fort Loramie Board of Education
FORT LORAMIE — The Fort Loramie Board of Education will meet in regular session, Monday, June 19, at 7 p.m. in the Media Center.
The board will discuss budgets, appropriations, donations and fees; approve the purchase of a van; consider personnel matters; and vote on student handbooks and field trips.
Shelby County Board of Elections
SIDNEY — The Shelby County Board of Elections will meet Monday, June 19, at 7:30 a.m. at the board office.
Minster Board of Education
MINSTER — The Minster Board of Education will meet in regular session Monday, June 19, at 8 p.m. in the elementary school’s large meeting room.
They will discuss becoming compliant with the Ohio School Facilities Commission, allowing stocking and use of epinephrine injectors and asthma inhalers, the Village of Minster’s bid to repair the west tennis courts and hire personnel. They will also enter an executive session to discuss employing and compensating a public employee.
Sidney Enterprise Zone Negotiating Team
SIDNEY — The Sidney Enterprise Zone Negotiating team will meet Tuesday, June 20, at 10 a.m. in the city council chambers to discuss the application from Emerson Climate Technology.
Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health
SIDNEY — The Sidney-Shelby County Board of Health will meet Wednesday, June 21, at 7 p.m. at the health department conference room.
Various reports, including two dealing with environmental health issues, will be given.
