SIDNEY — The Shelby County Republican Party will host a presidential debate watch party on Wednesday, Oct. 28. The event is open to the public and will be held at the Missing Keys (formerly Terry’s Bar) at 113 S. Ohio Ave. on the courthouse square.

The night will begin with the undercard debate at 6 p.m. followed by the main debate at 8 p.m. Snacks will be provided and there will be a cash bar. The public is invited to attend the event for food, drinks and open dialogue on current issues.

Debates are one of the few opportunities voters have to hear candidates offer their views on a wide range of issues, local Republican officials said. This can help you examine each candidate and become engaged in the political process to form your own opinions. Watching a debate with friends, family, and fellow community members is a chance to share your views with others and can broaden your perspective on the issues.
