TUESDAY

-12:09 a.m.: theft. Someone known to the victim reportedly stole seven doses of the prescription medication Zoloft and 20 doses of Xanax.

MONDAY

-4:59 p.m.: drug abuse. Cynthia C. Blankenship, 49, 701 W. North St., was served a summon for drug abuse.

-2:17 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a battery, valued at $50, was reported stolen from a white 2000 Cadillac.

-1:58 p.m.: burglary. A burglary was reported in which a queen size mattress and box springs, valued at $500, was stolen from a residence on Jefferson Street.

-12:22 p.m.: missing person. Police are investigating a missing person report.

-10:35 a.m.: warrant. Stacie L. Edwards, 42, 314 Brooklyn Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

SUNDAY

-11:38 p.m.: criminal damaging. Tyler Joseph Swartz, 23, 760 Countryside St., Apt. 11, was arrested for criminal damaging after a 2007 Jeep Commander’s windshield was reported damaged.

-10:47 p.m.: criminal damaging. A glass pane inside door frame was reported damaged. The cost of the damage is set at $50.

-9 p.m.: breaking and entering. Police are investigating the report of a breaking and entering.

-8:41 p.m.: felonious assault. Larry Napier, 34, 224 Pike St., was arrested for felonious assault.

-6:33 p.m.: theft. A past theft was reported to the police, in which a black Harley Davidson wallet with red flames, containing four credit cards, a driver’s license, Social Security card and miscellaneous papers was stolen.

-5 p.m.: menacing. Wayne H. King 55, 216 E. Clay St., was arrested for menacing.

-10:13 a.m.: forgery. A business on West Court Street used a fake $20 bill to pay for items.

-2:16 a.m.: domestic violence. Police are investigating an alleged domestic violence incident.

-12:16 a.m.: theft. The theft of an Android Max cellphone, valued at $475, and its purple cover, and $25 was reported stolen.

SATURDAY

-10:26 p.m.: domestic violence. Police are investigating a report of an alleged domestic violence incident.

-10:11 p.m.: endangering children. Police are investigating the report about a three-year-old with dog bites and scratches.

-7:59 p.m.: criminal trespass. Roger L. King, 54, 622 Mohican Court, was arrested for criminal trespassing.

-5:05 p.m.: forgery. A business on South Ohio Avenue reported an individual tried to pay with a counterfeit $20 bill.

-10:29 a.m.: forgery. A business on North Main Avenue reported someone tried to pay with a fake $20 bill.

-2:16 a.m.: aggravated burglary. Stephen P. Sommer, 48, 19835 Johnston Road, was arrested for aggravated burglary after a Samsung ZTE cellphone, valued at $100, and an iPhone with pink glitter case, valued at $100, were reported stolen.

FRIDAY

-9:22 p.m.: warrant. Oscar A. Druckenmiller, 19, of Troy, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-7:53 p.m.: warrant. Alexander Sasha Crusey, 22, 614 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on a warrant.

-3:21 p.m: assault. Melissa Gilmore 21, 816 St. Mary’s Ave., Apt. C, was arrested for assault. A necklace, valued at $200, was also reported damaged.

-10:10 a.m.: warrant. Karrin L. Dobbins, 26, 618 E. Parkwood St., was served a summons for a warrant.

-10:04 a.m.: warrant. Charles W. Thompson Jr., 46, 109 Village Green Drive, was served a summons for a warrant.

-9:36 a.m.: criminal damaging. Two windows on a black 2007 Ford were reported damaged. Cost is set at $100.

Crashes

Carolyn Dulin, 47, of Piqua, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 2:20 p.m.

Dulin was traveling eastbound on West Russell Road at Fourth Avenue when she failed to stop in time and rear-ended the vehicle stopped in traffic in front of her that was driven by Terra Denner, 37, 1302 Garfield Ave.

• Laura L. Leach, 57, 615 N. Miami Ave., was cited with failure to control after a one-vehicle crash on Friday at 11:27 a.m.

Leach was traveling eastbound in front of Wilson Health on Michigan Street when she went off the right side of the road and struck a tree causing damage.

Leach was transported by Sidney Rescue to Wilson Health.

• No one was cited following a crash involving a pedestrian on Friday at 10:26 a.m.

Laura L. Leach, 57, 615 N. Miami Ave., was traveling westbound in the right lane on Michigan Street when she struck Carolyn T. Sheffield, of St. Augustine, Florida, who standing in the roadway by the driver’s side of her parked vehicle, which she was about to get into after Leach passed by.

According to the police report, a witness reported that Leach was attempting to apply makeup when the crash occurred.

Leach did not stop after the crash. Sheffield told police she was unable to get the license plate number of the vehicle that hit her but noticed the car that crashed down the road at Wilson Health appeared to be the same vehicle that hit her.

TUESDAY

-9:29 a.m.: gas leak. Crews responded to the report of a gas leak.

-12:09 to 6:39 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-1:45 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a fire alarm, which was cancelled en route.

-11:23 a.m.: crash. Crews responded to the report of an automobile crash.

-9:13 a.m. to 7:42 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

SUNDAY

-4:20 p.m.: assist. Crews responded to assist the police department.

-12:20 p.m.: fire. Crews responded to Wilson Health on Michigan Street on the report a transformer exploded outside of the hospital.

-2:45 a.m. to 9:03 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.

SATURDAY

-6:28 p.m.: tree fire. Firefighters responded to the report of a tree fire.

-12:48 a.m. to 10:43 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to 12 calls. One call was for mutual aid to Port Jefferson.

FRIDAY

-10:26 a.m. to 2:02 p.m.: crash. Crews responded to three automobile crashes.

-7:25 a.m. to 11:06 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to seven calls.
