In Sidney Municipal Court Monday and Tuesday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined John T. Lore, 35, 12529 State Route 362, $375 and $105.50 costs, suspended his driver’s license six months, and sentenced him to eight days in jail for driving under the influence. He also was ordered to attend the Shelby County Intervention Program. Charges of driving under the influence (second offense in 20 years) and assured clear distance were dismissed, with $10 costs imposed.
