THURSDAY

-1:54 a.m.: failure to pay city taxes. Earnest L. Foster, 49, 1279 Tully Drive, was served for failing to pay city taxes.

WEDNESDAY

-9:29 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a 2002 Honda Accord, valued at $2,600, was reported stolen.

-4:04 p.m.: found property. A black diaper bag with red lips on it was reported found near 856 Stratford Drive and was turned into the police department.

-3:42 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a blue Shindaiwa weedeater, valued at $400, was reported stolen from 1129 Riverbend Blvd.

-11:11 a.m.: criminal damaging. A window and window frame was reported damaged on a property at 231 W. Poplar St.

-10:33 a.m.: found property. A wallet containing a miscellaneous credit card and military ID was found in the Sidney area and turned into the police department. Attempts by police to reach the owner have been unsuccessful.

TUESDAY

-1:56 p.m.: identity theft. A Piper Street resident reported the theft of their identity to the police.

-8:48 a.m.: theft. The theft of a set of Nike Iron and TaylorMade golf clubs and golf balls, valued at $700, a small Phillips TV that was attached to a vehicle headrest, valued at $90, a soccer bag, valued at $50, and two soccer goalie gloves, valued at $60, were reported stolen from a vehicle while parked in the 1700 block of Burkewood Drive.

WEDNESDAY

-9:11 p.m.: spill. Firefighters responded to the report of a diesel spill.

-8:33 p.m.: arching power lines. Firefighters responded to the report of arching power lines.

-2:07 to 11:58 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to five calls.
