TUESDAY

-5:27 a.m.: criminal damaging. The rear window of a black 2010 Chevrolet was reported to have been broken by a rock that was thrown by an unknown person in the 800 block of Foraker Avenue.

MONDAY

-6:59 p.m.: assault. Police are investigating an alleged assault.

-5:18 p.m.: theft. The theft of a Galaxy 8 cellphone, valued at $500, was reported stolen at 1407 N. Main St.

-3:09 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 16-year-old female was arrested for being unruly.

-7:10 a.m.: forgery. A fake $100 bill was reportedly received at a business on Schlater Drive.

-12:10 a.m.: driving under OVI suspension. Devin L. Wilson, 27, 744 Brooklyn Ave., Lot 24, was arrested for driving under OVI suspension.

SUNDAY

-9:32 p.m.: theft. Police are investigating a theft report of an LG cellphone, valued at $50, from 632 Fulton St.

-4:22 p.m.: unruly juvenile. A 16-year-old female was arrested for being unruly.

-4:02 p.m.: warrant. A 16-year-old male was arrested on a probation violation warrant.

-3:25 p.m.: assault. Police are investigating the report of an alleged assault.

-1:19 p.m.: theft. The past theft of a white iPhone 10, valued at $1,236, was reported to the police.

-12:27 p.m.: criminal damaging. Three tires on a gray 2008 Honda were reported damaged while parked at Lowe’s Home Improvement on Michigan Street. The cost of the damage is set at $450.

-11:59 a.m.: unruly juvenile. A 14-year-old female was arrested for being unruly.

-5:38 a.m.: criminal damaging. Three tires on a vehicle that was parked in the 500 block of North Main Avenue were reported to have been damaged by someone known. The damage is set at $600.

-5:37 a.m.: domestic violence. Julia Cotterman, 47, 520 Campbell Road, was arrested for domestic violence.

-12:54 a.m.: warrant. Anthony Scott Baker, 46, of Minster, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

SATURDAY

-5:36 p.m.: domestic violence. A juvenile was arrested for domestic violence.

-2:33 p.m.: lost property. A red clutch purse containing $60, a Mutual Federal debit card and a Chase credit card was reportedly lost while at Kroger on Michigan Street.

-12:14 p.m.: theft. The theft of $175.90 was reported stolen by someone known at 218 S. Miami Ave.

FRIDAY

-11:10 p.m.: burglary. A breaking and entering at 223 Dayton Ave. was reported in which a door frame was damaged and $25 in change was reported stolen.

-3:38 p.m.: warrant. Jessica Russell, 25, 525 Chestnut Ave., was arrested on an active warrant.

-1:45 p.m.: warrant. Amanda M. Hammer, 36, 527 S. Main Ave., was served a summons.

THURSDAY

-9:53 p.m.: theft. Two female juveniles, a 16- and a 17-year old, were arrested for shoplifting after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of merchandise valued at $149.05 from the business.

-2:25 p.m.: theft. A white purse containing $500 and a Social Security card was reported stolen out of a 2005 Chrysler while parked at Wendy’s on Michigan Street.

Crashes

Amanda N. Wagner, 32, of Wapakoneta, was cited with right of way turning left after a two-vehicle crash on Monday at 10:49 a.m.

Wagner had been stopped in the continuous turn lane facing the east on Michigan Street and when she attempted to make a left turn into the plaza near 1536 Michigan St. she did not see and turned in front of a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street causing the other vehicle to strike the right side of her vehicle.

The other vehicle was driven by Katlyn D. Garland, 22, of Piqua.

• No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 10:31 a.m.

Jonathon Leonard was stopped in front of 649 Fair Road in the Republic garbage truck he was driving and when he was operating the curotto can on the front of the truck.,some debris fell into the pathway of a northbound Sidney Police cruiser at the location causing minor damage to the front right of the vehicle.

The police cruiser was driven by Andrew Shappie, 40, 234 W. Court St.

• Litta M. Kodak, 20, of Celina, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 1:56 p.m.

Kodak traveling westbound in the 1500 block of Michigan Street when she did not stop in time and struck the rear of the vehicle in front of him that was driven by Phyllis E. Williamson, 81, 324 South St.

TUESDAY

-2:03 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to the report of a possible grass fire. Nothing was found.

-3:27 a.m. to 1:22 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

MONDAY

-2:47 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a fire service call.

-12:20 a.m. to 11:41 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to 12 calls.

-12:47 a.m. to 6:09 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to six calls.
