WEDNESDAY

-10:11 p.m.: theft. Russell Ray King, 18, 217 E. North St., was arrested for theft after 1501 St. Mary’s Ave. reported the theft of miscellaneous items, valued at $250.

-8:50 a.m.: criminal trespass. A male juvenile was arrested for criminal trespassing at 848 Spruce Ave.

-8:32 a.m.: probation violation. Thomas Watkins, 25, of DeGraff, was arrested on a bench warrant.

MONDAY

-1:29 a.m.: theft. Brittany Hughes, 24, 324 Wagner Ave., was arrested for theft after Walmart on Michigan Street reported the theft of $100 worth of merchandise.

Crashes

Nathan A. McClain, 36, 555 Gearhart Road, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 2:46 p.m.

McClain was stopped facing the north on Brooklyn Avenue at state Route 47 behind another stopped vehicle at the stop sign waiting for traffic to clear. The other vehicle driven by Blake J. Shreves, 17, of Sidney, was about to proceed forward but stopped again when he noticed another oncoming car so he stopped. McClain did not notice Shreves had stopped again and struck his vehicle’s rear bumper.

THURSDAY

-12:19 to 2:08 a.m.: medical. Crews responded to three calls.

WEDNESDAY

-9:45 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Firefighters conducted a carbon monoxide investigation.

-7:48 to 8:10 p.m.: odor. Firefighters conducted two odor investigations.

-2:57 to 10:44 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.
