In Sidney Municipal Court Thursday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller handled the following cases:

• Lindsey Homan, 32, 501 Karen Ave., right of way, $25 fine and $111 costs.
• Steven G. Hoying, 56, 14096 Staley Road, Anna, right of way, $25 fine and $105 costs.
• Michaela L. Ary, 18, 202 S. Main St., Jackson Center, speed, $70 fine and $105 costs.
• Kathleen E. Siegel, 33, 900 County Road 25A, speed, $30 fine and $105 costs.
• Charles E. Smith, 40, 621 St. Marys Ave., seat belt, $30 fine and $86 costs.
• Tyler S. Doseck, 29, 10956 Comanche Drive, reckless operation, forfeited $136 bond.
• Keith Wilson, 41, 827 Third Ave., assured clear distance, $25 fine and $111 costs.

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Goettemoeller fined Christopher C. Young, 22, 413 James St., Jackson Center, $50 and $95 costs and sentenced him to five days in jail for attempted assault, amended from assault. He also was fined $50 and $10 costs and sentenced to five days in jail for disorderly conduct. The jail sentences will be reconsidered if the fines and costs are paid by June 30.
• Shawn L. Gessler, 43, 84 Brooklyn Ave., driving under the influence (second offense in 20 years), $600 fine and $2.50 costs, one-year license suspension, 90 days jail; driving under the influence, dismissed, $103 costs; failure to control, dismissed, $10 costs.
• Joshua T. James, 27, 901 Port Jefferson Road, driving under suspension, $111 costs, eight days jail, License Intervention Program.
• John L. Weitzel, 51, 34 Savannah Place, Minster, speeding, $30 fine and $105 costs.
• Kenneth Sparks, 56, 718 Lincoln St., starting/backing, $25 fine and $111 costs.
• Tyler Conkle, 24, 106 N. Main St., Minster, right of way, $25 fine and $111 costs.
• Richard J. Walker, 58, 236 Jefferson St., Apt. 6, restriction against use of drugs, drug abuse, dismissed.
In Municipal Court Tuesday, Goettemoeller fined Jill Elliott, 30, 523 1/2 N. Miami Ave., $150 and $138 costs and sentenced her to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from complicity. Ten days will be reconsidered if the fine and costs are paid by June 29.
