WEDNESDAY
-12:14 a.m.: assault. Police are investigating an alleged assault which took place at Mama Rosa’s 1910 Fair Road.
TUESDAY
-11:14 p.m.: assault. Che Joseph Riegel, 39, of 124 N. Pomeroy Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault.
-10:55 p.m.: probation violation. Shane Skeens, 47, 114 E. Clay St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Sidney Municipal Court.
-5:50 p.m.: theft. Rebecca Bryant, 32, 213 E. North St., was arrested on theft charges after allegedly taking one television from Walmart. The TV was valued at $348 and was recovered.
Accident
Ada Bumgarner, 68, 704 Broadway St., was cited for failure to control following an accident Monday morning.
According to the report, Bumgarner was southbound on Broadway when the road curves into Canal Street. She lost control of her vehicle in the curve and struck two parked cars on Canal Street.
Bumgarner’s 2000 Buick Regal sustained minor damage. A 2013 Nissan Rogue owned by Tim Pocan, Celina, sustained minor damage. A 2006 Honda Civic owned by Arthur Steinke, 17375 Sidney Freyburg Road, Botkins, sustained minor damage.

WEDNESDAY
-3:56 to 6:33 a.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on there runs.
TUESDAY
-8:42 p.m.: fire alarm. Firefighters were dispatched to 2615 Campbell Road to clear a fire alarm.
-8:33 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on one run.
-4:03 p.m.: accident. Firefighters were dispatched to the 9000 block of North County Road 25A for cleanup from a motor vehicle accident.
-2:13 to 3:44 p.m.: medical. Medics were dispatched on two runs.
