In Sidney Municipal Court Monday, Judge Duane Goettemoeller fined Darrell E. Clark, 33, 5923 Hardin-Wapakoneta Road, $250 and $111 costs and sentenced him to 160 hours of community service for driving under suspension. He also was fined $250 and $149 costs and sentenced to 40 hours of community service for another count of driving under suspension. On a third charge of driving under suspension, Clark was fined $250 and $159 costs. A charge of lighted lights required was dismissed, with $10 costs imposed.

In Municipal Court Friday, Goettemoeller fined Christopher Apple, 53, 1136 Hamilton Ave., $50 and $113 costs and sentenced him to one day in jail for disorderly conduct, amended from using a weapon while intoxicated. He was given one day credit for jail and was ordered to forfeit a gun and obtain counseling.
