-8:46 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Shandra Young, 33, of Russells Point, on an active warrant out of Logan County.

-4:58 p.m.: warrant service. Police arrested Brandon Engley, 27, 508 S. Miami Ave., on an active warrant out of Champaign County.

-1:15 p.m.: theft. Tractor Supply reported a female left the store with a pair of brown women’s boots without paying for them.

-3:29 a.m.: aggravated menacing. Justina Boggs, 24, 311 S. Ohio Ave., made a report of aggravated menacing.

WEDNESDAY

-7:39 p.m.: theft. Christina Harper, 36, 109 Birch St., Jackson Center, reported the theft of a brown wallet and its contents from Applebees on Vandemark Road.

Accidents

Matthew Comer, 18, 887 Chestnut Ave., was cited for failure to control after an accident on Wednesday at 8:12 p.m.

Comer was southbound on Chestnut Avenue when he lost control in the icy conditions and struck two parked vehicles on either side of the road in the 800 block.

• Kailey Collins, 26, 439 Kossuth St., was cited for right of way out at a private drive after an accident on Wednesday at 2:47 p.m.

Collins was pulling out of a driveway on North Main Avenue when she failed to see a vehicle that was traveling northbound and pulled out in front of it. Collins driver’s door was struck shut, so the fire department had to force the door open.

The driver of the other vehicle was Darien Kill, 20, 10971 W. Russell Road.

-5:14 a.m.: Crews responded with mutual aid to the 17000 block of state Route 706 with Port Jefferson Fire for a fire in the basement of a residence.

-3:57 to 4:25 a.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-7:51 to 8:47 p.m.: Medics responded to two calls.

-6:32 p.m.: Crews responded to the 1000 block of Constitution Avenue to investigate a hot smell.

-11:53 a.m. to 5:12 p.m.: Medics responded to three calls.
