THURSDAY

-9:39 p.m.: assault. Tricia L. Lamb, 26, of Kettlersville, was arrested for felonious assault.

-6:01 p.m.: probation violation. Matthew Caleb Roberts, 22, 835 E. Parkwood St., was arrested on a probation violation.

-5:55 p.m.: theft without consent. A box containing a wireless mouse, valued at $60, was reported possibly stolen at 233 S. Miami Ave.

-5:06 p.m.: criminal trespass. Thomas H. Block Jr., 45, at large, was charged with criminal trespass after he was arrested earlier on a warrant.

-5 p.m.: probation violation. Thomas H. Block Jr., 45, at large, was arrested on an active warrant.

-3:57 p.m.: contempt. Megan M. Bockrath, 28, of Anna, was arrested on an active warrant.

-9:30 a.m.: forgery. Police are investigating a report that counterfeit money was received at Shoe Sensation on Michigan Street.

-12:06 a.m.: telephone harassment. Police are investigating a telephone harassment report.

WEDNESDAY

-9:37 p.m.: counterfeiting. Police are investigating the report that three counterfeit $100 bills were received at Kroger on Michigan Street.

Crashes

Jane A. Jones, 65, 1529 Westwood Drive, was cited with operating a vehicle without reasonable control after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 1:28 p.m.

Jones pulled out and made a right hand turn from a driveway on the south side of West Court Street when she struck the rear of the stopped vehicle in front of 110 W. Court St. that was driven by Janice C. Favors, 61, 6988 Jackson Road.

•No one was cited after a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday at 4:18 a.m.

Jeffrey K. Mealy, 51, of Kettlersville was backing a Van Buren Township Fire Department heavy rescue vehicle westbound on Michigan Street on a narrow road to make room for a fire engine at the time of a residential fire on the street when he stuck the rear of a parked vehicle that was facing the east on Michigan Street at North Walnut Avenue.

The parked vehicle is owned by Stacey E. Ward, 226 N. Walnut Ave.

• Beverly A. Gariety, 69, of Piqua, was cited with obedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 4:16 p.m.

Gariety was traveling northbound in Vandemark Road at the intersection of the Kroger parking lot and when she attempted to turn into the Kroger lot she struck the eastbound vehicle going through the intersection on Vandemark Road that had a green light to proceed and was driven by Pamela Huelskamp, 58, 2046 Dingman Slagle Road.
