THURSDAY
-6:17 p.m.: tampering with coin machines. A vacuum coin machine at 1108 Wapakoneta Ave. was reported vandalized. The cost is set at $200.
-2:27 p.m.: theft. Police received a report of the theft of Fifth Third Bank card at Wilson Health on Michigan Street.
-10:03 a.m.: criminal damaging. Police received a report two metal doors were damaged at 925 Wapakoneta Ave. Damage is set at $200.
-9:53 a.m.: criminal damaging. Two windows were reported damaged allegedly by a BB gun at 419 Oak Ave. The damage is set at $1,000.
-12:48 a.m.: cruelty to animals. Police are investigating a report that someone known allegedly killed his pet rabbit with a knife.
Crashes
Charles Isaac Adkins, 18, 14288 Kirkwood Road, was cited with turning at intersections after the two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 8:30 a.m.
Adkins was making a left turn from Michigan Street onto Folkerth Avenue going north when he was struck by a westbound vehicle on Michigan Street that was driven by Sally Fogt, 78, of Anna.
