-11:19 p.m.: aggravated menacing. Brian Shane Edwards, 41, at large, was arrested for disorderly conduct — fighting or threatening, and aggravated menacing.

SATURDAY

-11:15 p.m.: telephone harassment. Police are investigating a report of threats via a telecommunications device.

-7:34 p.m.: criminal trespass. Elizabeth N. Rotenberry, 29, at large, was arrested for trespassing.

-4:48 p.m.: theft — without consent. The theft of a boys BMX bike, valued at $100, was reported stolen at 1819 Fair Oaks Drive.

-2:56 p.m.: theft — without consent. The theft of photography lighting equipment, valued at $47.50, was reported stolen at 217 1/2 E. North St.

-11:54 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating a report of the theft of Money Gram money order at the Northwoods Village Apartments on Collins Drive.

-8:30 a.m.: criminal trespass. Randall Christopher Leonard, 30, 417 N. Ohio Ave., was arrested for criminal trespass.

-1:05 a.m.: assault. Police are investigating an alleged assault.

FRIDAY

-10:19 pm.: contempt. Thomas A. Borland II, 22, 215 N. Pomeroy Ave., was arrested on an outstanding contempt warrant.

-3:10 p.m.: criminal trespass. Brian Shane Edwards, 41, 822 E. Court St., was arrested on criminal trespass — fail to leave charges.

-1:23 p.m.: criminal damaging. A warrant was issued after a brake line on a taupe 2005 Jeep was reported damaged at 166 W. Court St. The damage is set at $200. A protection order was also allegedly violated at the location.

-8:33 a.m.: counterfeit. A fake $1 bill was reported received at Taco Bell on Michigan Street.

-8:25 a.m.: probation violation. Heather Ann Lloyd, 34, at large, was arrested on a probation violation.

THURSDAY

-3:55 p.m.: possession of drugs. Police are investigating a drug incident in which suspected meth, a suspected meth pipe and clonazepam were seized.

-2:05 p.m.: disorderly conduct. Jason Hans King, 38, 14150 Harmon Road, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

-1:24 p.m.: violate protection order. Walker James Mustain, 21, at large, was arrested for violating a protection order or consent agreement.

WEDNESDAY

-8:04 p.m.: identity theft. Police received a fraud report.

-7:42 p.m.: theft — without consent. Police are investigating a report of the theft of Aqua Smoke vape liquid, valued at $21.44, reported stolen at Cr. Butt’s Discount Tobacco on North Vandemark Road.

-6:52 p.m.: theft— without consent. Police received a report of fraudulent charges on a victim’s account at 2432 Aldrin Ave.

Crashes

Wanda Lou Lane, 30, of Jackson Center, was cited with driving within lanes after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday at 2:04 p.m.

Lane was traveling eastbound in the left turn lane on East Court Street near the intersection of South Main Avenue and when she attempted to change into the right lane to go straight, she failed to see and struck the eastbound vehicle in the right lane on East Court Street that was driven by Sharon Lynn Geier, 57, 1338 Tully Drive.

• Brian J. Moses, 37, 309 New St., was cited with failure to control after a single-vehicle crash on Saturday at 12:18 a.m.

Moses was traveling northbound near 1101 N. Vandemark Road when he went off the roadway and hit a fire hydrant on the east side of the road. Moses then left the scene. A police officer saw the wrecked vehicle drive past with two blown tires while on a traffic stop, and he attempted to catch up with the vehicle. When police found the vehicle, they were unable to locate the driver. Later in the day, police made contact with Moses, issued him the citations and told him of his court date.

• Kendra Elizabeth Ellis, 25, 613 Lynn St., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 3:13 p.m.

Ellis was traveling southbound on Fourth Avenue when she struck the rear of a stopped vehicle at the traffic light at Fair Road that was in front of her.

The other vehicle was driven by Maggie L. Stammen, 21, of Coldwater.

• Lucas B. Frierott, 26, 115 E. Pinehurst Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Friday at 3:13 p.m.

Frierott was traveling northbound on Fourth Avenue when he struck the rear of the stopped vehicle in traffic in front of him that was driven by Crystal Pintos, 27, 127 N. Wilkinson Ave.
