-2:57 p.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported in the 700 block of Marva Lane.

-8:16 a.m.: identity theft. An identity theft was reported at the police department.

SUNDAY

-6:04 p.m.: criminal damaging. The front passenger’s side door and handle on a 2008 Ford truck was reported damaged in the 1600 block of Hampton Court. The damage was set at $500.

Crashes

Patricia J. Aviles, 70, of Sidney, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 2:11 p.m.

Aviles was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 when she hit the stopped vehicle in front of her that was driven by Stacey E. VanFleet, 41, of Wapakoneta.

• Thomas R. Zofkie, 64, of Clayton, was cited with right of way at intersections after a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday at 6:02 a.m.

Zofkie was attempting to go around the right side of the northbound semitrailer that was turning right onto Fair Road from the Interstate 75 exit ramp.

The other vehicle was driven by David William Gilmore, 51, of Sidney.
