THURSDAY
-10:57 p.m.: grand jury indictment. Cody Goshorn, 27, of Sidney, was arrested on an active grand jury indictment warrant.
-11:46 a.m.: criminal damaging. A DP&L meter was reported damaged at Lehman Catholic High School on St. Marys Ave. The damage is set at $100.
-9:05 a.m.: warrant. Joseph N. Mutzner, 31, of Piqua, was arrested on an outstanding contempt warrant after he turned himself in at the Sidney Municipal Court.
-5:43 a.m. driving under the influence. Wayne H. King, 58, of Sidney, was arrested for OVI.
Crashes
Lucinda M. Hess, 60, of Troy, was cited with obedience to traffic control devices after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 6:55 a.m.
Hess was traveling northbound on Vandemark Road when she failed to stop and was struck by the southbound vehicle attempting to turn left onto Campbell Road on a green arrow light that was driven by Amy E. Chupp, 42, of Sidney.

-9:01 p.m.: fire alarm. Crews responded to a fire alarm.
-9:07 to 11:16 p.m.: medical. Crews responded to four calls.
-6:57 a.m.: crash. Medics responded to an automobile crash.
