SIDNEY — The following people appeared for sentencing in Sidney Municipal Court during the month of August 2021. All sentences include the cost of prosecution:

Tommy N. Meadows, 69, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Ted A. Newman, 68, of Lima, was charged with reasonable control, $130 fine.

Brian R. Gillingham, 54, of Port Jefferson, was charged with driving in marked lanes and speeding, $161 fine.

Precious M. Green, 24, of Lima, was charged with driving under suspension and probation violation, 10 days in jail (or house arrest), one year of probation, $407 fine.

Anthony W. Bauer, 51, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension, and contempt (dismissed), $376 fine.

Tiffany N. Foster, 33, of Botkins, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Zachary Lee Webb, 22, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (red light), $136 fine.

Taylor Murphy, 23, of Sidney, was charged with twice parking an unlicensed vehicle on a public street 7:36 a.m. and 8:16 a.m., both issued on May 7, 2021, $116 fine.

Alex Christopher Baar, 32, of Largo, Florida, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Terance Len Wakefield, 53, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Jesse A. Jaques, 30, of Sidney, was charged with driving under suspension (dismissed under the LIP program), $111 fine.

Anthony M. Spires, 54, of Minster, was charged with speeding, 80 mph in a 55 mph, $181 fine.

Jesse A. Wriston, 34, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 103 mph in a 70 mph, $261 fine.

Dusti R. Fisher, 34, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (unspecified), $136 fine.

John E. Widney, 79, of Sidney, was charged with driver seat belt violation, $116 fine.

Frederick M. Meyer, 75, of Minster, was charged with failure to yield right of way, $136 fine.

Dakota Jack Graves, 22, of Sidney, was charged with expired plates, $136 fine.

Justin R. Wissman, 19, of Troy, was charged with speeding, 79 mph in a 55 mph, $181 fine.

Marc Andrew Richard, 62, of Springboro, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Ted J. Winner, 56, of Sidney, was charged with driving with an expired license, $136 fine.

Nathaniel Dean Juarez, 19, of Sidney, was charged with right of way violation at a private drive, $136 fine.

Stephen A. Kershner, 72, of Oldsmar, Florida, was charged with right of way violation at a commercial access drive, $136 fine.

Cynthia A. Wray, 56, of New Carlisle, was charged with speeding, 88 mph in a 55 mph, $261 fine.

Christopher M. McMahon, 57, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, 52 mph in a 35 mph, $141 fine.

Ryan E. Partin, 31, of Sidney, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device (unspecified), $136 fine.

Jacob Scott Dutton, 20, of Findlay, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Carolyn Vanderhorst, 81, of Sidney, was charged with obedience to traffic control device, $136 fine.

Larry M. Napier, 38, of Sidney, was charged with failure to reinstate license, $186 fine.

Ethan Randall Yelton, 25, of Sidney, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Megan R. Baker, 32, of Covington, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.

Hunter Douglas Brown, 19, of Piqua, was charged with speeding, 83 mph in a 55 mph, $205 fine.

Julie Ann Mangus, 45, of Maplewood, was charged with speeding, $135 fine.
