-8 p.m.: warrant. Victoria Jade Arlene Roesser, 20, of Sidney, was arrested on a warrant.

-6:50 p.m.: fight. Police responded to a fight in progress in the 100 block of West Water Street.

-6:37 p.m.: threats. Police responded to threats in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue.

-6:15 p.m.: remove subject. Police removed someone in the 1000 block of Michigan Street.

Crashes

Jordan Allen Mabes, 32, of Sidney, was charged with assured clear distance after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 4:15 p.m.

Bethany M. Cunningham, 49, of Bluffton, was traveling eastbound on state Route 47 and Mabes was behind her. Mabes failed to stop and hit Cunningham from behind when she braked.

• Virgin M. Casiano Lopez, 57, of Sidney, was cited with starting and backing vehicles after a two-vehicle crash on Thursday at 8:34 a.m.

Timothy A. Kittle, 47, of Sidney, was traveling northbound on Franklin Avenue when Casiano Lopez tried to pull out of a parking spot and struck Kittle.
