-12:23 a.m.: theft. Joshua Bruggeman, 19, 805 Michigan St., was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft.

-8:43 p.m.: robbery. Jeffery Wita Jr., 26, Port Jefferson, was arrested for robbery and theft.

-8:10 p.m.: inducing panic. Jessica Work, 30, 230 Jefferson St., Apt. 20, was issued a summons for inducing panic at her residence.

-6:03 p.m.: obstructing official business. Craig Gore, 26, at large, was arrested for obstructing official business.

-5:54 p.m.: contempt. Jerry Walls, 53, 402 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-3:13 p.m.: contempt. David Reineke, 27, Wapakoneta, was arrested on an active warrant out of Shelby County.

-1:59 p.m.: warrant. Heather West, 21, Jackson Center, was arrested on a contempt warrant.

-11:44 a.m.: theft. Police are investigating the report of the stolen vehicle belonging to Caleb Bray, 21, 722 Ronan St.

-11:38 a.m.: domestic violence. Joshua Fleming, 38, 236 Jefferson St., Apt. 6, was arrested for domestic violence.

-10:22 a.m.: contempt. Michael Payne, 27, 1037 N. Miami Ave., was arrested on two contempt warrants.

-7:41 a.m.: theft. Stacy Smith, 32, 803 S. Main Ave., reported the theft of two bicycles from her residence.

Accidents

James Burkart, 68, 1409 Gearhart Road, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Wednesday at 4:38 p.m.

Burhart was traveling westbound in the 1400 block of Michigan Street in the right lane of traffic next to the vehicle driven by Carolyn Anderson, 72, of Piqua, when he went into the left lane and struck Anderson.
