TUESDAY

-3:29 p.m.: parole violation. Elissa Graham, 22, and Teresa Wentz, 54, both of 217 ½ E. North St., were arrested for a parole violation.

-11:37 a.m.: contempt. Chayce Roberts, 22, 16750 McCloskey School Road, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

-8:41 a.m.: criminal trespass. David Heilers, 63, 1031 N. Main Ave., reported a criminal trespassing.

-7:01 a.m.: criminal damaging. LaTonya Oliver, 37, 989 Buckeye Ave., reported damage to the front windshield on her vehicle.

Crashes

Rodney Blake, 47, 2332 E. McCloskeyRoad, was cited with starting and backing after a collision on Tuesday at 3:03 p.m.

Blake was backing out of a parking space on South Main Avenue when he struck the driver’s side of the vehicle driven by Robert Curtis, 27, 3265 Leatherwood Creek, who was stopped in traffic at the light on South Main Avenue.

• Lucas Fritzgerald, 26, 240 S. Miami Ave., was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a collision on Monday at 4:46 p.m.

Fritzgerald was traveling northbound on South Main Avenue when he failed to stop in time and struck the rear of the vehicle driven by Justin Smith, 33, of Fletcher, who was stopped in traffic at the light at Clay Street.

• No one was cited after a collision on Monday at 12:08 p.m.

Casey Erbaugh, 22, 140 Brooklyn Ave., was traveling eastbound on East Court Street when the vehicle’s brakes failed when attempting to stop. Erbaugh then swerved left into oncoming traffic and clipped a tree and bush, which stopped the motion of the vehicle.

• No one was cited with assured clear distance ahead after a collision on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 6:04 p.m.

Brenden Gross, 24, 1873 Fair Oaks Drive, was traveling southbound on the driveway entering the north/south alley of South Pomeroy Avenue when he lost control of the vehicle due to the snow covered road and then struck a guardrail on the driver’s side of the truck.

• Montana Robbins, 23, 123 S. Walnut Ave., was cited with improper backing after a collision on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 4:06 p.m.

Robbins was traveling eastbound on West Poplar Street. Another vehicle was traveling westbound on West Poplar Street and then made a left hand turn into a parking space while Robbins was stopped. Robbins then began backing-up to get to a parking space and hit the other vehicle in the rear, which was driven by William Ferguson, 38, 1033 Juniper Way.

-5:32 a.m.: medical. Medics responded to a call.

TUESDAY

-10:01 p.m.: carbon monoxide. Crews conducted a carbon monoxide investigation.

-10:26 a.m. to 6:58 p.m.: medical. Medics responded to six calls.
