In Municipal Court Monday, Goettemoeller fined Dillon D. Hounshell, 22, 1088 S. Kuther Road, $250 and $101 costs and ordered the defendant to do 40 hours of community service for no operator’s license. Hounshell also was fined $150 and $10 costs for speeding.
