In Sidney Municipal Court Friday, assigned Judge Donald Luce fined Shaina Reed, 29, 804 Spruce Ave., $50 fine and $188 costs and sentenced Reed to 180 days in jail for theft. Reed also was fined $50 and $138 costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 23 days credit, for obstructing official business.
Reed was fined $50 and ordered to do 40 hours of community service for each of two counts of failure to reinstate license. Costs of $163 and $10 were imposed. Reed was fined $50 and $186 costs and ordered to do 80 hours of community service on another count of failure to reinstate a license. A case of use of unauthorized plates was dismissed, with $126 costs.
