SIDNEY — Grace Baptist Church plans to mark the official start of construction on its new auditorium with a ground-breaking ceremony on Sunday, May 13, at 10:30 am.

The church has experienced substantial growth and has outgrown its current facility. The project will include a new 300 seat auditorium, welcome center, a covered drive and new restrooms.

The event is free and open to the public. Grace Baptist Church is located at 137 W. Edgewood St., at the corner of Edgewood Street and Wapakoneta Avenue in Sidney.
